ABOUT
Dr. Karly Casamento
FRACP, MBBS (hons), BSci(Adv), DipCh
Paediatrician & Mother of Four
Dr Karly Casamento is a General Paediatrician with a special interest in adolescent health, childhood development, and newborn care. She brings a neuroaffirming and genderaffirming approach to her practice, combining the latest evidence with deep compassion and empathy.
As a mum of four - including children with neurodivergence - Dr Karly understands firsthand the joys and difficulties of parenting in today’s world. Her lived experience helps her connect with families, support challenges and celebrate strengths.
Dr Karly completed her paediatric training at Sydney Children’s Hospital and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians (FRACP) and a member of the Australasian Society for Developmental Paediatrics (ASDP). She holds an MBBS (Hons) from the University of Notre Dame Sydney, a Diploma of Child Health from UNSW, and a Bachelor of Advanced Science from the University of Sydney.

Her goal is to support parents and children in understanding their unique strengths and challenges and provide guidance for any areas of concern to help all children reach their potential.
